Hola amigos de full deportes, espero se encuentren bien, en esta oportunidad les presentare la segunda parte de una rutina de ejercicios que tiene la particularidad de usar una llanta o neumático de vehículo como apoyo para realizar los ejercicios. Esta rutina la he encontrado bastante exigente y divertida, ya que el utilizar esta herramienta hace muy ameno el momento de ejercitarse.
