Ejercicio # 1

Iniciamos el ejercicio con el cuerpo boca abajo apoyando los dos antebrazos en el suelo y las piernas extendidas y también apoyadas en el suelo, la cadera levantada formando una especie de triangulo, luego impulsamos todo el cuerpo hacia adelante bajando las caderas y dejando recto todo el cuerpo en posición de una plancha, una vez realizado el movimiento anterior, seguimos el ejercicio extendiendo un poco los antebrazos para desplazar hacia arriba la pierna derecha, para culminar regresamos la pierna derecha hacia la posición anterior y de esa forma volvemos a colocarnos en la posición inicial para repetir la secuencia del movimiento del ejercicio. Este ejercicio lo podemos realizar en 4 series de 8 repeticiones.

Ejercicio # 2:

Comenzamos el ejercicio con el cuerpo boca abajo, las piernas extendidas apoyadas en el suelo, los brazos igualmente extendidos y con las manos apoyadas en el suelo, seguidamente flexionamos y volvemos a extender los brazos, una vez realizado el movimiento anterior, procedemos a levantar el brazo derecho totalmente extendido hacia el lado derecho, en ese momento solo nos apoyaremos con el brazo izquierdo, ya realizado ese movimiento regresamos a la posición inicial y repetimos nuevamente toda la secuencia del movimiento del ejercicio propuesto. Este ejercicio lo podemos realizar en 4 series de 10 repeticiones.

Ejercicio # 3:

Para realizar este ejercicio colocaremos nuestro cuerpo boca abajo con las piernas flexionadas y las rodillas apoyadas del suelo, la espalda recta y los brazos estarán extendidos y apoyados con las manos en el suelo, luego impulsamos el cuerpo hacia adelante, flexionando ambos brazos, una vez en esa posición extendemos los brazos nuevamente para regresar a la posición inicial. Con esta secuencia de movimiento realizamos repetidamente el ejercicio propuesto. Este ejercicio lo podemos realizar en 4 series de 10 repeticiones.

NOTA: Es importante mantener el cuerpo hidratado preferiblemente usar agua, también descansar entre cada repetición y mantener una respiración adecuada al momento de realizar los ejercicios.

The operators doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved in the same discord groups around @fyrstikken and friends. Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. Shes in some groups with seemingly detached characters that dont even acknowledge the others in the group, looking oddly staged. She starts projects and does nothing with it or the delegations after its used to sway people. Like @steempowertwins does<------fake along with her @teamgood <------fake. No substance in her comments and has a following that adores her for what? Life coach she is not nor is she insightful with any meaningful skills to follow. Ruler of pixie dust maybe? I would like for someone to show me but probably wont out fear maybe? @fyrstikken groups around him down voted me into censored and not viewable on my accounts as soon I told what they were doing.
I cant prove @battleaxe is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing V2K because she cant and could care less. I guarantee she knows this is going around and still wont prove it because she cant. Many of us here can prove what they have been doing to survive the past 5 years. What does she live off of? It definitely isnt in public view here.

I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have been trying to kill me using RNM with applied V2K mental games while revealing as many accessories to the crime as they can.
