My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2024

I was busy yesterday and don't have much time to rest while at work. I went to our 3 clients and finished all around 3:30 pm. I travelled back home. When I checked my phone, I noticed my actifit wasn't running in the background.

I tried to move around to reach 5k but I failed. I was so sleepy and tired. I fell asleep in front of my computer. 😬
