Bom ontem nem sei porque eu não postei. Acho que é porque como estava ainda sofrendo com os efeitos da gripe acabei dormindo com o volume de remédios que eu estava usando.
A muito tempo não ficava de molho uma semana inteira por causa de sintomas gripais. O chato é que com isto todo o bom ritmo de treino foi para o espaço, mas, nada que uma semana focado não resolva.

Terei que avisar o treinador esta semana das falhas e retomar o ritmo de novo.
