Mais um dia gripado. Mas nem da para esperar algo diferente já que todo mundo aqui em casa havia gripado, menos eu. E o ultimo e sempre o premiado com um vírus mais parrudo.
Sorte que ando treinando bem e etc e parece que mesmo ele me pegando e me impedindo de treinar consegui manter um ritmo bom.
Meu foco agora mesmo e pegar um ritmo melhor. Mudar algumas coisas no protocolo que eu achei meio pesadas demais e, pronto.
