Cansado demais hoje. Vou te falar que o dia foi super corrido mas deu para pelo menos manter o ritmo. Anda bem pesado porque eu ando suando muito e como ficou muito molhado ao longo do dia devido ao uso de um pre treino eu acabo resfriando mais fácil.

Com isto vou ver se aumento alguma coisa relacionada a imunidade como vitamina D e vitamina C.
