Quase esqueci de postar hoje. Foi um dia bem ativo com caminhada e academia.
Muita coisa para fazer, uma correria do cão que eu nem sei como consegui e, devido ao calor e esta correria agora a noite estou bem irritado, mesmo o treino tendo sido bem pesado.
Vou tentar dormir , tomei inclusive metade de uma trazodona para ver se consigo pegar no sono mais fácil .
E por hoje é só. Tentar dormir mesmo porque amanhã o dia promete ser outra correria.
