It seems like this year's Ramadan I'm used to it. My blood sugar isn't as messed up as last year, I understand why. I have good muscles and more or less to support my body.
Exercise is very effective for diabetics. That's why I exercise every day even during fasting. Sometimes I just walk in the morning until I reach my target steps.
