Shoulder exercises before I do my routine activities, for some reason this exercise is the most hated by many women. I think the pain in the upper body is more torturous than leg exercises. You can ask all the women around you.

In order to make the body balance the upper and lower body muscles to be like an hourglass, then never skip the upper body.

Hahahah, for sure, myself dislikes upper arm exercise because I think it's for men. I don't need extraordinary muscle 💪
