The hardest thing as a gym rat is getting your daily protein intake. It's hard enough to munch on chicken breasts every day. But when I'm low on protein, my whole body feels crushed and sore in every muscle that is used for training.
How sad it is to adjust nutrition and body needs every day for the sake of health, which is the most important thing.
