This morning I thought it was raining, there had been reports that the river water level had risen and many people had to evacuate for fear of flooding. But, this morning I thought everything was safe, it was even a little damp but I was able to jog in the morning.

It turns out that jogging in the morning makes you more concerned about your surroundings, even with the slightest news.
