My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2024
I posted a video on Instagram and many of my followers said that I was progressing too slowly. But know that I chose to progress on form and not on the amount of weight.
From the beginning I did hip thrust starting at 40kg and now stuck at 75kg only, for 2 years.
I never felt like a failure because I was just going slowly, because that was not my goal. My goal was to be more stable in using form and on target.
