It takes a lot of effort to exercise every day and also take 10k steps every day to gain muscle.

Seriously, lately I've been very focused on exercise and also lifestyle to build muscle in the midst of a chaotic world due to the increasing number of degenerative diseases today. It's sad, but that's the challenge today.

It's not difficult to build a healthy lifestyle, what's expensive is intention and consistency.

For sure, starting something is easy but after a number of weeks, you need consistency and that can be hard.
