My Actifit Report Card: October 19 2024
First time breaking through 10k steps this month.
True, I'm in a lazy mode for cardio, just a few minutes on the treadmill sometimes I feel tired and want to get off the treadmill because I'm bored.
Have tried many tricks and methods to add 5-6km cardio every day but my body is very lazy to do it.
Trying again tomorrow morning, hopefully I can!
By the way, this is my breakfast after jogging, i just need coffee and some carbs after cardio :D
