My Actifit Report Card: October 18 2024
One of my favorite exercises after doing RDL, this is a complement to train the hamstrings to raise the glutes. It seems easy but a little difficult because you have to force and feel the feel of the muscle connection. I deepened this exercise several times and often failed, but if you get the way then everything will be very easy to do and very noticeable in the glutes and hamstrings on the last rep.
