My face looks very serious when I exercise, especially leg exercises. Yes, leg exercises require concentration on muscle connection, otherwise it is useless to do.
I train legs twice a week, it is very hard, but I always enjoy doing it. When I train legs, sometimes I feel like I can eat anything without feeling guilty, even if I have to concentrate on gaining muscle mass, then I have to eat more so that the muscles can grow easily.

Heavy lifting is a good form of exercises, but it really needs to be more careful while lifting heavy objects just like that Ma'am. 😊
