Can you imagine how I forced myself to keep going so that I would be consistent in running a muscle building program?
I weigh 60 kg and my protein requirement is around 100-120 g per day. I have to keep eating chicken breast in any way, because I want everything from real food.
It was really hard, even I tried to make something so that I could eat the chicken breast in any way. Until finally I found out how. That is making food with love.
