I love this pose, it looks so hourglass-like. Is this something to be proud of?! Yes, I am very proud of myself for being able to change my body shape in 1.5 years. Difficult, yes definitely very difficult. Want to give up? Almost all the time. However, I come back to the point that I can pay it in installments, not force it to keep going.

I always want to stop, but, I think I can only pause for a while. Don't just give up.
