I'll ask you one question, how much hip thrusts do you think I'm doing right now?!
I counted, 1, 2,3. Maybe you will guess wrong! Ahahah
The answer is 110 kg!! Yes you read that right and I can do it myself.
Even though it feels very painful in the glutes, it feels very happy. I don't know why, but I think I got my challenges. I remember the first time I did a hip thrust, it was only 20kg with not very good form either.
I've been doing it for almost a year now. If I can, then you can too. One of them is making exercise a habit, not a consistency.
