My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2023

The first time I did back squats for 4 sets of 10 repetitions with a weight of 50kg, it was enough to make my thighs shake and make me sweat quite a lot for the start of today's leg training. In my opinion, back squats are difficult to do, especially with quite heavy and challenging weights.
