My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2022

Jogging was canceled by reason of rain is falling, Yeah this afternoon I was planning to go back to jogging again, but since the rain was falling, I could not carry on with the plan. Before the rain I had the time to jogging for a while. Luckily I was quite sweaty by that short run.
