Journey from Driving to Gym||I'm alive and thriving Challenge||My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2024

Hello Actifit Community! Welcome to my blog. Today's Protest has been finished in Pakistan and I have decided to go outside for Actifit Photowalking. As winter has already started, I have my breakfast with Green Tea. I enjoyed my breakfast to make my body warmer.

After taking green tea, I decided to take my car for driving outside. I took warm clothes to cover my body because there were cold chills outside. I love to ride when the roads are not busy. After the announcement of the protest ended, I went outside and enjoyed my driving.

I completed two rounds from the University of Central Punjab to Garden Town. Everything was smooth on the road. Thank God there were no hindrances and containers. It was good news for me. For many days, I was waiting for these moments.


From Driving to Gym, Health Secrets


After driving, I come home. I took 3 hours rest because I was feeling fatigued. There were no gardening activities; hence, I decided to do Gym. I changed my dress and took my sneakers. It has been a long time since I joined the Gym. Anyway, I joined the Gym like a Pro Hero.

As there was a gap between the Gym and other activities hence, I decided to avoid a strenuous and aggressive mood. I simply lifted 10 to 20 Kilograms Dumbbells.

Gym in winter is not so hard and there is no need to worry about sweating. I can feel there are evident changes for skipping Gym for many days. After making Twenty rotations with dumbbells. I utilized treadmills to strengthen leg muscles. During walking on treadmills, I gradually increased my speed and made my best score there.

I was feeling fatigued, so I decided to stop further activities at the Gym. It was my productive day. I not only enjoyed driving but also enjoyed the Gym.

I'm happy because I completed 5k+ Actifit steps while driving and Gym. Thank God for bringing back my good days. This is how I enjoyed my Actifit Activities. Thanks for reading!

Skipping the gym for a few days can definitely make a difference, but it sounds like you're getting back into the routine nicely.
