Hello Actifit Community! Welcome to my blog. Currently, we are facing drastic weather changes. Summer is about to end and we are now in the winter season. There is little fog in the morning and mist is evident on the plants in the dawn time. I woke up early and started my morning walk on the lawn.
Journey From Delighted Room to Colourful Nature
After a short walk, I came into the room to dry my sweat. Blue light is cool and amazing for body growth. It has a healthy impact on the eyes. I spent here hours to relax my mind. I was feeling better and better here rather than making any stress. I enjoyed watching TV. There was a lot of good news about the progress of my country. This news was essential to entertain my thoughts. I had a simple breakfast on the table and started making a new plan to go outside.
It was a good meditation here. I decided to visit today Government Institute, a school where thousands of students study to brighten their future. Moreover, there are new policies regarding the School system in Pakistan; hence, it was a good day for me to visit and observe things. Government Schools are doing amazing Upgrades. New colors, new plants, and new galleries were the main decorations I observed.
At the end, there was a large stair that attracted my attention. It is an old traditional bed used in the whole of Pakistan. For sleeping and taking rest in rural areas, people used it commonly.
Finally, I decided to return home after completing 10K Actifit Steps towards home. It was a healthy Actifit Activity, I enjoyed. I'm happy to save these visiting memories on my mobile.
