Na co komu gofrownica, kiedy jest air-fryer?

Przyszła paczuszka z zamówionymi akcesoriami do mojego airfyerka. Przyznam otwarcie: zamówienie akcesoriów było konieczne, bo z wkładek zszedł teflon, i to w dodatku zszedł przed zakończeniem gwarancji, ale przebimbałam ten czas i zgłosiłam się do Ninja 3 miesiące po jej zakończeniu. Zapytałam uprzejmie, gdzie mogę nabyć takie wkładki. Okazuje się, że nigdzie, nie mają też akcesoriów na stanie, żeby podesłać. Pani chciała mi wymienić sprzęt w ramach gwarancji, no ale na to już za późno. Pechowo, choć może to nie pech, a nasze zaniedbanie. Trudno. Nie ma oryginalnych akcesoriów - więc zamówiłam takowe u majfrienda chińczyka: wkładkę silikonową, żeby żywność nie miała styczności z tym zdartym teflonem, poza tym dwa ruszty, szpikulce na szaszłyki i - taddaaaaam! - foremki do gofrów.
Byłam mocno sceptyczna, no bo jak można gofry w air fryer? Ale słuchajcie, no da się! Zrobiłam małą, testową partię, żeby nie tracić w razie czego zbyt wielu składników, zwłaszcza, że przez moje uziemienie w domu z chorymi bombelkami w lodówce pustki, o czym dotkliwie przekonuje się @sk1920 wracając późno z roboty. Opcja Air Fry, 200 stopni, najpierw 4 minuty, i u góry już wyglądały super, ale na dole jeszcze były płynne. Dodałam dodatkowe 3 minuty i podniosłam - i dół był prawie że okej, ale jako że chciałam podać to dzieciom, to na wszelki wypadek odwróciłam do góry brzuchem i dopiekłam drugą stronę minutkę. Następnym razem dokonałabym takiego odwrócenia powiedzmy po 5 minutach i myślę, że będzie spoko. No i dam mąkę zwykłą, nie pełnoziarnistą, bo dziś musiałam wybrać typ pełnoziarnisty z braku zwykłej (parę dni izolacji i wyżarliśmy dosłownie prawie wszystko).

Who needs a waffle maker when there's an air fryer?

A package arrived with the accessories I ordered for my air fryer. I'll admit it openly: ordering the accessories was necessary because the Teflon had come off the inserts, and it came off before the warranty expired, but I wasted the time and contacted Ninja 3 months after it ended. I asked politely where I could buy such inserts. It turns out that they didn't have any, and they didn't have the accessories in stock to send them to me. The lady wanted to replace the device under warranty, but it was too late for that. Unlucky, although maybe it wasn't bad luck, but our negligence. Too bad. There are no original accessories - so I ordered some from a Chinese friend: a silicone insert so that the food wouldn't come into contact with the worn Teflon, and two grates, skewers and - taddaaaam! - waffle molds. I was very skeptical, because how can you make waffles in an air fryer? But listen, you can! I made a small, test batch so as not to lose too many ingredients just in case, especially since my grounding at home with sick bubbles meant that the fridge was empty, as @sk1920 painfully finds out when he comes home late from work. Air Fry option, 200 degrees, first 4 minutes, and they looked great on top, but they were still runny on the bottom. I added an additional 3 minutes and raised it - and the bottom was almost okay, but since I wanted to give it to my children, just in case I turned it upside down and baked the other side for a minute. Next time I would do such a turn after, say, 5 minutes and I think it will be fine. And I will use regular flour, not wholemeal, because today I had to choose wholemeal because I didn't have regular flour (a few days of isolation and we literally ate almost everything).

W tym długim i intensywnym dniu o palpitacje serca przyprawiła mi melodyjka awarii pralki. Rany boskie zepsuła się! Wywaliła błąd e36 i na szczęście szybko google podpowiedziało, że to nie awaria pralki, a odpływu. Faktycznie, pranie stało w wodzie i nie chciało się odwirować. Wykręciłam rękami, rozwiesiłam na suszarce jak za dawnych dobrych czasów, podłożyłam szmatki pod spód bo wciąż mimo wykręcania dość istotnie kapało, a następnie poczyniłam takiego memika.

On this long and intense day, the melody of the washing machine failure gave me heart palpitations. Oh my God, it broke down! It threw up error e36 and luckily Google quickly suggested that it was not a failure of the washing machine, but of the drain. Indeed, the laundry was standing in water and would not spin. I wrung it out with my hands, hung it on the dryer like in the good old days, put some cloths underneath because despite wringing it was still dripping quite a bit, and then I made this meme.

Na koniec foto łupów z Biedronki (albowiem wieczorem w końcu wyszłam z domu i poczyniłam srogie zakupy), pasta z bobu była zakupiona parę dni temu i moim zdaniem jest przepyszna, doskonale zastępuje masło i ma znacznie lepszy profil lipidowy, tak więc pośpiesznie dokupiłam kolejne, a składniki sfotografowałam, aby w wolnej chwili, niespiesznie, zrobić sobie taką samodzielnie.

To end with a photo of the loot from Biedronka (because I finally left the house in the evening and did some serious shopping), the broad bean paste was bought a few days ago and in my opinion it is delicious, it is a great substitute for butter and has a much better lipid profile, so I quickly bought some more and took a photo of the ingredients so that I could make it myself in my free time, without rushing.
