[PL / ENG] Starganiec My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2024

Zostaliśmy pozbawieni auta aż do czwartku, bo Kia w końcu znalazła przyczynę ustawicznych awarii klimatyzacji - parownik do wymiany. Czy storpedowało to nasze zapędy co-weekendowe na spędzenie wolnego czasu nad wodą? Wcale. Wsiedliśmy do autobusu i wysiedliśmy na przystanku przy lesie, gdzie miły, niespełna 3-kilometrowy spacer dowiódł nas nad wodę - nad Starganiec.

We were left without a car until Thursday, because Kia finally found the cause of the constant air conditioning failures - the evaporator needed replacing. Did this torpedo our weekend aspirations to spend free time by the water? Not at all. We got on the bus and got off at the bus stop by the forest, where a nice, less than 3-kilometer walk took us to the water - to Starganiec.

And this walk was truly beautiful: the forest smelled, the sun breaking through the trees, warming but not burning. Wonderful. I would really like to be here on a bike myself and ride, ride, ride. The plan is that in a year I will be riding - until then Dzidzia only has to sit, crawl, crawl, stand up, walk a little and do her first jumps. And then she will be able to sit in a bike seat.

Sądzę, że każdy inny pobyt tutaj również by mnie rozczarował, biorąc pod uwagę liczbę aut porzuconych przy lesie w pobliżu wejścia na Starganiec. Zapewne są dzikie tłumy, których nie znoszę. Dzisiaj, u schyłku lata, było luźno, a woda sympatyczna. I bardzo spodobało mi się to miejsce, jakbym je znowu odkryła na nowo.

I think that any other stay here would have disappointed me as well, considering the number of cars abandoned in the forest near the entrance to Starganiec. There are probably wild crowds that I can't stand. Today, at the end of summer, it was loose and the water was nice. And I really liked this place, as if I had rediscovered it again.

Odkryłam piękny urok tego miejsca, zakątka w środku lasu, pachnącego drzewami, świeżością. Co prawda jak wyjeżdżaliśmy stamtąd już czuć było wonie rozpalanego grilla ;p ale fakt faktem, siedząc w cieniu z Dzidzią i obserwując naszych chłopaków w wodzie - miałam z tego naprawdę ogromną przyjemność i wypoczynek.

I discovered the beautiful charm of this place, a corner in the middle of the forest, smelling of trees, freshness. True, when we were leaving there, you could already smell the grill being lit ;p but the fact is, sitting in the shade with Baby and watching our boys in the water - I had a really great pleasure and relaxation from it.

Paradise and idyll :)

Oczywiście dla mnie idyllą byłoby, gdyby oprócz nas nie było tam nikogo, ale trudno mieć takie miejsce na wyłączność przy ładnej pogodzie.

Of course, for me it would be idyllic if there was no one else there but us, but it's hard to have such a place to yourself when the weather is nice.

My z Dzidzią też wybrałyśmy się potem nad wodę. Ja zamoczyłam obie nogi, Dzidzia - jedną, lewą. Woda jest czysta, choć dno muliste, więc nie wygląda jakoś ekstra super zachęcająco, ale jest naprawdę nieźle. Jest odgrodzony, czysty i monitorowany przez ratowników kawałek plaży.

We and Dzidzia also went to the water later. I got both feet wet, Dzidzia - one, the left one. The water is clean, although the bottom is muddy, so it doesn't look super inviting, but it's really not bad. There is a fenced, clean part of the beach monitored by lifeguards.

Są też drzewa, na które można się wspinać (i odrapać kolano).

There are also trees to climb (and scrape your knee).

Bombel dużą część tego dnia spędził na bosaka, możecie sobie wyobrazić te czarne stopy :)
