Piątek. Co za dzień! Tyle się działo, że starczyłoby na trzy raporty!

Friday. What a day! There was so much going on that there would be enough for three reports!

Zaczęło się od tego, że miałam wizytę u lekarza w KTW. Dzidzia pojechała więc na chwilę do Taty do roboty, a ja mogłam się nacieszyć chwileczką samotności. Pogoda piękna, okoliczności piękne, bo lato!

It started with me visiting a doctor at KTW. So Baby went to work with Dad for a while, and I could enjoy a moment of solitude. Beautiful weather, beautiful circumstances, because it's summer!

Jako, że na rynku w Kato rosną palmy, to wykorzystałam momencik w drodze powrotnej na zrobienie tropikalnego selfika.

As there are palm trees growing in the market square in Kato, I took advantage of a moment on the way back to take a tropical selfie.

A potem uznałam, że skoro Dzidzia i Tatuś mają wreszcie chwilkę dla siebie i na pewno świetnie się bawią, to skorzystam jeszcze z odrobiny wolności i wjechałam na górny parking Supersamu. Jest on otwarty, na dachu galerii handlowej, i jest stamtąd ciekawy widok. Swego czasu było to dość kultowe miejsce wśród katowickiej młodzieży.

And then I decided that since Baby and Daddy finally had a moment to themselves and were definitely having a great time, I would take advantage of a bit of freedom and drove into the upper parking lot of Supersam. It is open, on the roof of a shopping mall, and there is an interesting view from there. At one time it was quite a cult place among Katowice's youth.

Tego dnia parking był puściutki, a widoki - takie jak widać.

That day, the parking lot was empty and the views were as you can see.

Potem poszłam z Dzidzią po Bombla, i najpierw musieliśmy uciec przed deszczem, ale dosłownie za moment wyszło piękne słońce, więc natychmiast wyszliśmy znowu. A wówczas Bombel wyciągnął mnie na festyn rodzinny, mający miejsce na naszym osiedlu.

Then I went with Baby to get Bombla, and first we had to escape from the rain, but in just a moment the beautiful sun came out, so we immediately went out again. And then Bombel took me to a family festival taking place in our neighborhood.

Był to festyn z okazji 65-lecia szkoły podstawowej i było jak widać sporo ludzi. Był też prezydent miasta, senatorka i radni.

It was a festival celebrating the 65th anniversary of the primary school and there were, as you can see, a lot of people. There was also the mayor of the city, a senator and councilors.

A całość uświetniał występ orkiestry górniczej.

The whole thing was enhanced by the performance of the mining orchestra.

Potem były jakieś zawody sportowe dla dzieci podstawówkowych, ale udało mi się namówić Bombla na szybki powrót do domu celem przekąszenia czegoś (byłam głodna jak wilk). Obiecałam, że wyjdziemy znowu jak tylko Tata wróci. Wrócił jednak na tyle późno, że festyn właśnie się kończył. Co nie zmienia faktu, że spędziliśmy ten czas jeszcze lepiej - na placu zabaw i na rowerze.

Then there were some sports competitions for primary school children, but I managed to convince Bombla to come home quickly to eat something (I was hungry like a wolf). I promised that we would go out again as soon as Dad comes back. However, he returned so late that the festival was just ending. Which doesn't change the fact that we had an even better time - on the playground and on a bike.
