Jak się kończy ponad pięciogodzinna podróż autem za kierownicą? Ano tak - pistoletem do masażu. Coś w karku łupnęło i człowiek ledwo się rusza. Coś za coś - warto było. Na szczęście masaż i odpoczynek po podróży przyniosły oczekiwaną poprawę.
How does a five-hour drive by car end? Well, this way - a massage gun. Something crackled in my back of the neck and I could barely move. But in the end - it was worth it. Fortunately, the massage and rest after the trip brought the expected improvement.
