Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies : SPORTS DAY โฝ๏ธ ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐คผโโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ ๐โโ๏ธ
Along with studies, playing and engaging in other exercises is extremely important. The person who incorporates more exercise and sports into their daily activities remains the fittest.
Unfortunately, we have become so busy that we cannot make time for playing in our schedules. If everyone understood how beneficial playing and exercising are, no one would miss out on these activities.
Remember, if everyone takes an interest in sports, they will be free from all kinds of diseases. Nowadays, the increase in illnesses is mainly because we have completely forgotten about sports.
I am surprised to hear about strange diseases, and the main reason for this is that we do not consume healthy food, nor do we make time for sports activities.
This is why it is crucial to include sports in your daily routine and understand its importance if you want to stay fit and keep away from all sorts of illnesses.
Considering this, the staff members of Fatimiya Centre have dedicated every Sunday as Sports Day for children, where they get time to engage in sports and other activities along with their studies.
Studying is undoubtedly an excellent thing, but constantly studying doesnโt keep a person refreshed; therefore, including sports activities is extremely necessary. Playing and having fun are also essential for a personโs mental health, especially as they provide freshness to children.
This Sunday, the staff members decided to take the younger kids to the playland and give the older children an opportunity to play a football game. After this announcement, the children were very happy and showed interest in studying as well.
Here are some pictures from the previous Sunday, where the children participated in football and other activities. Our effort is to give children 1.5 hours where they can play football matches and also participate in PT activities.
The children are divided into two categories: one for younger kids who play matches among themselves, and the other for older kids, where teams are formed to play matches.
After the football matches end, all the children are gathered, and a 15-minute PT activity is conducted. The main benefit of this is that their muscles are stretched, and they also gain mental freshness.
I have shared some pictures with you, taken during the games. You can see how beautifully the children are playing football and enjoying their time. Additionally, there are pictures of the staff members who are busy monitoring the children.
