My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2022

I found out that I managed to knock off my knee entirely, by basically doing nothing. The weather is awful so I will not go walking outside.

Market

We planned to go shopping in the afternoon. There is pretty much nothing in our fridge but white light, so the situation is kind of urgent.

Stuff that comes to my mind

  • If you want to comment about stuff on Reddit, you may as well go to the town mall and yell ducks on top of your lungs.
  • If you are meant to do some stuff, that stuff will find you

Self-improvement

All these things sound very simple on paper, but not so much in reality.

Plan ahead - Try making a 5-minute exercise plan that you can do every day regardless of your schedule.
Think of the benefits - Things with exercise can be hard at times, so remind yourself what you will achieve by doing simple things each day
Prop up a photo - You can use a photo of yourself in top condition or a person of your body type.
Enlist support - It is easier to achieve some things if you have group support.
Join the club - I joined Actifit.
Recruit an online buddy - I don't have one, but I have a very useful phone app.
Clarify your motivation - Remind yourself what caused you to undertake a change plan.
Cancel self-talk - Cancel overthinking negative things and employ mentioning to yourself your achievements.
Think about others - If it is not going well for you, take notice of others who do worse to encourage and help them, and of others who do better to support and learn from them.
Weight loss rewards - When reaching a milestone reward yourself with something nice.
List your treats - Include non-food treats in your reward list.
Energy tonic - If depleted with energy, instead of solid munchies try drinks that will elevate your mood.
See a homeopath - See alternative cures for fatigue.
Just get on with it! - Certain drinks and teas can make you more focused and alert to complete your tasks.
Body tune in - Imagine positive things and evoke happy emotions while working out.
Change your family - Make lifestyle changes for an entire family so that everybody can enjoy benefits to their own liking.
Professional support - Make sure to have professional support even if it is only from your personal doctor.
Find a spiritual mentor - Meditation can do wonders for avoiding apathy and procrastination.
Try warrior pose - Yoga is very cool, one way or another.

Food and healthy products

I am starting my vegan week today, and I am currently making a single meal that will hold me for the next 24 hours.

My lectin intolerance will be super grateful for me avoiding grain-fed animals. I also think that saturated fat and dairy no longer harbor diplomatic relationships with my liver hehe.
I will try to find a fish and freeze it for my meals. I doubt my folks will be impressed by that idea, I see pitchforks and an angry mob already.
I drink/eat in between 5 am and 4 pm, but I usually have breakfast and lunch, or just lunch depending on how many calories I can set up.
My calorie intake is a maximum of 1500 but I am usually lower than that.
My daily calorie intake can be at periods very low without me losing any weight, having no exhaustion, and having no problems of any kind.
This is a consequence of altered digestion, different food, and meticulous calculation.
I do this with frequent medical controls, losing only a few kilograms during the year while my body is completely altered.

For my folks I made chilli beans.
After 48 hours of soaking it took me 40 minutes to depeel 500 grams of white bean, 30 minutes to cook it and about additional 20ish minutes to complete a dish.

This is how my masterpiece looks de-peeled. I gave up on hours of the pressure cooker and rather have my beans nice and munchy instead making it into some shapeless mush just to get rid of lectin.
