My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2024

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlda, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my activity. Today my e-commerce drop for the order. But it is not shocking me. Maybe people want to save the money or the traffic is still not good enough to reaching many people. Or maybe my price is not too good. But, still i am waiting till next month if the traffic is not better i will lower the price and pushing my margin. And today as i predicted yesterday my chest is very sore. And. hardly to do movement of my shoulder and it will be very hard to train my back today. But, of course i need to do it. I need consistency about my workout. And before gym i will boost the power with coffee first. Hopefully i still tired and not get Insomnia and anxiety disorder at night. Sometimes the cafein makes . y anxiety comes and make my heart rate beating irregurarly. And for the night i spending time with spending the energy on all my splinterlands account and buying some chest eith glint to het extra energy. Will spending it till i fell sleepy and then ready to go to sleep and rest.
