My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2024

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my last weekend activity. Last weekend i feel i am missing my daughter that died in May this year. And my daughter ashes is thrown in the sea near my house . So in Saturday i decided with my little family going to mourning in the sea to greet her in the other side of this world. I am hoping that she is having fun in heaven and take cared by God in there. Yeah i feel guilty about making call that i need to abort her. But if she is going to be born, she will have very low life rate too due the sickness. Thats why i need to abort and not make her too miserable.

And once again i am very proud to my son, he said that he feel sorry about his little sister and want to send the messages to her that she will be fine jn heaven and he missing her from earth. And yeah my wife feels sad too at that time. I dont know very well about my wife burden since she is carrying our daughter. What can i do is encourage her to be strong and make her feel comfortable.
After sone with the mourning i still need to work by restocking the tissue to be sold.

My target for this e-commerce business is to make this business can independent and make the real profit. Yet it still need to be injected by money outside this business. But at least it is growing little by little at this point. And it is good news. And today, i am starting again to do gym in my home. The weight is come back normal and as i predicted after full resting a week. My performance is good today. The form is firm and i can do until i reaching failure. And that means it will be very sore in no time. And i believe this week is full of sore. But i need to bear it and need to do constantly to make my body healthier. And yeah right now i feel sleepy and my job is still not finishing. Maybe i will work in another hour then i am going to sleep to regain my stamina back again and be ready for tomorrow.
