My Actifit Report Card: August 12 2024
Hello to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my experience from the last weekend. Actually my little family dont have any good event in the weekend. I am really busy with packaging some stuff that sold online. Yeah kinda hectic for the weekend. And in the evening me and my son decided to cut our hair and make it as short as possible. And you know what, on friday my son cutting his hair by himself using scissor without telling me before. And after he cut his own hair, he just told me that he need to throw away his hair. At that timr i am confused how can he throw away hair that kinda thick. And after looking at his hair, i knew that he judt cutting by himself. Thats quiet funny and when remembering he using scissor and cutting hair that really near with his eyes. That make me shivering a little bit. thankfully that the only broken just his hairstyle not anything else. Thats why i decided yo barber shop and cut out hair. I am feeling not good either with long hair now. It make my eyes hurt when the hair goes to my eyes. And i kinda lazy too when needed to washing my hair more frequently. Thats why i just cut it till really short. After that i am still busy with working and my wife kinda busy too, cleaning and tidying up some of toys and stuff in our house.And for the sunday. My mood to going outside is going to depleted. What i want is just sitting playing some NFT games and sometimes watching netflix. My mind and my body is kinda exhausted. Thats why i am just in my home all day long. And for today. Yeah since it is starting new week. I need doing plenty of work today. And it makes today is really fast. I still not having much time to spending being lazy. In the morning after i take my wife and my son to school. I am going back yo packaging the stuff that sold. Then doing some house chores and then continue packaging again. And after that i still need going to expedition to deliver my stuff. And today i am skipping workout. There is time for today and i am planning to change my workout day for tomorrow. So tomorrow will still training my muscles chest. And the day after tomorrow still workout again and i will skipping my rest day to be more productive.
