My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2024
Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my activity. I am kinda happy today since today is friday. Means weekend is coming. So i can sleep more. But, it turns out that tomorrow my friend need to see me. So, i think it is better if i wake up early and done all my task first before i meet up with my friends. Also my wife still need to go to school in order to finish her paper work. And what makes me happy too because my body seems change a little bit from the last month. My fat is reduced and my muscle growing a little bit.
It is still long journey to make my body going to be very lean. I still need to build more muscle and after 30 building muscles is really hard. Thats different when i am still in my 20's. But, i think if i am still discipline like this, maybe next year or in 2 years my body will be lean. And for your information, i am not changing my diet. Just reducing some sugar intake only from drink especially since i am very love drinking cappucino. From last month i am reducing the sugar and make my cappucino bitter. The first i am kinda rejecting the tastes. But after a while i think it is not bad. Now, when i am drinking coffee from sachet in road stall, it is too sweet and i am not like it at all. Maybe for this entire month i will adding more protein in my daily meal. So, i can building more muscle. And yeah for your information, my body weight kinda not changed at all. Still in 82-85 kg. I think water and little muscle grow and my fat reduced. Thats why my body weight not different. But when i am on mirror and looking myself last month it is like very different. So, as many people said. In the end the battle is againts yourself. And based on this month. Battling laziness, tired, bored, soreness, and less motivation to weight lifting is really hard. But, after keep doing it in full 30 days. I think my body getting used to it and addicted to it. Now if i am skip my weightlifting in one day, i feel very guilty. And adding more sugar to my drink kinda like that too. Yeah new behaviour changes my old behaviour. And of course it is healthier. And the good part doing routine weightlifting at home. My son started interesting with what i am doing. This is day 2 that my son copying my workout. And today, i teaching him with super lightweight first until he make good form first to avoid injuries. And after he can perform good form. I will asking him to adding some weight. And i will teach him that workout routine can be a free ticket to eat sweet meal since he love it so much. So he will not contains more sugar and burned by doing workout. I am pretty happy with the positive vibes from my routine workout. And the last boss is just waiting my wife will follow to do weight lifting so she will get more healthier. Maybe she can change the behaviour too. But i cannot insist her to do it. It need from the bottom of her heart. It will be better if she doing it willingly.
