My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2024
Hi to all my actifiters friends in the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my activity
Actually there is no different at all with yesterday. But i will tell my stories about today. Today the weather is very very bad for my family health. Since we are dont have car right now and just riding motorcycle. In the morning the weather is very hot. And makes me sweaty a lot. So i am turning on the Air Conditioner. But, here the twist. After turning on the AC, the weather change to cloudy. And the temperature is way hotter that the AC is not gives any effects. And after i am returning from picking my son, the rain started to pouring. And yeah the temperatur is not going down. it turns out risen a bit. And after half hours the rain stopped and make the temperatures still hot. until time to pick up my wife, around 5 p. m The weather changed drastically. The temperatures down so fast and the rain si very heavy. thunder everywhere and 5 minutes after started there is going to heavy storm. Although heavy storm i still need to pick up my wife. So, i am all wet even though using raincoat. And yeah same with my wife, she got wet too. After arrived at home we are takong shower and after done showering the weather changed. No rain, just the temperatures rising again and it is hotter now not only warm. After 1 hours passed around 7 p. m the rain is coming again and heavy storm again. It is very very bad weather today. I think i will drink some vitamins just in case tomorrow is not better. my body starting to aching and my nose starting runny. Maybe the Influenza virus starting to grow. And yeah starting to coughing too. Well, thats for today report. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I think i need to sleep fast today. taking some rest in order to not get sick.
