My Actifit Report Card: September 12 2023
Hi to all my actifiters friends around the world,how are you doing today?
I am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my activity.
Today after yesterday we are happy in the local zoo, suddenly my wife got fever. I guess her body cannot withstand with the bodyblow after one week got fully work in school and yesterday she forcing herself to get fun in the zoo. Maybe she not fit after arrived at home and need some rest. So today she got fever and cough. Not long after knowing my wife was sick. In the evening my son got the fever too. The symptoms almost same. Coughing with fever. What i am afraid is they got covid - 19 again. But in the night my son and my wife fever goes down a little bit but,still they seems weak. And after drink coughing syrup and fever syrup my son threw up. I am feels pity for my wife that still need help me change the bed sheets and stuff even she is weak. And yeah today i am doing all chores in the home take care of them since i am not sick. I think doing korning walk makes my immune stronger than my wife and my son. I am hoping that tomorrow will be better. Same with the quote after rain it will have a rainbow. After rainbow end it may be rain again.
