My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2023
Hello to all my actifiters friends around the world, how are you today?
I am hoping that you are all healthy and safe. Today i want to share my activity.
This day is sunday and weekend time,this day different than usual day, me,my wife,and my son going to mall. But first,i will tell you after i am woke up, i am doing walking around my neighborhood then i am doing some house chores to help my wife (even i am literally doing everyday). After done doing some house chores, we are going to mall. We spend time in mall walking and refresh our mind to browsing some item but not shopping today. Just browse and walking in mall. Considered as semi work out. Yeah its fun today and very refreshing. We dont forget to eat some nice food too
Like this one sushi time. The tastes very good. After we are done spent time in mall we decided back to home. After arrive at home we are preparing item for my son back to school tomorrow and make sure that my son get enough rest and sleep because yeah tomorrow we need to wake up early in the morning to dealing with the drama in the first day of school. But hopefully my son not have too much drama tomorrow. So,time to get rest and be ready for tomorrow.
