My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2023

Hellow my actifiters friends around the world, how are you today? I am hoping you are all healthy and safe.

Today i want to share my activity.
As usual in the morning after me and my wife wake up,my wife prepared to going to school and i am checking my cement pot that bake and harden perfectly or not like in the picture that i am shared. After my wife ready,i am take her to the school. After that i am going home and doing some house chores like sweeping mopping,dishwasher,etc. After done house chores, i am going to take the cement pot from molded. After that cleaning the mold and mold again. And it will take 5-6 hours i am work. In the noon i need to feed my son and lunch then continue working until evening. In the evening,i am pick my wife then going home. After that, i am jogging little bit and walking around my neighborhood. I am feel less workout today so after going home i am adding some little work out like push up and squat to sweating a little more. After all the little work out i am going to shower and eat dinner and play some game,waiting to sleepy and going to rest then. To be ready to seize the day of tomorrow.
