First day back

Today was the first day back after being super sick. I took my respite kiddo to a trampoline park and was almost able to keep with him like I used to. Had a few momments of feel well, utterly breathless and possibly nauseous.

It felt good to actually exercise again and fell like my body wasn't going to give out on me after nearly nothing.

So yeah feeling good about it but know I got room ton recover more.
