My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2022
What a night! What a steak! And how about those cocktails!!
As far as anniversaries go, last nights anniversary was right up there with the best. No kids, great food, my beautiful lady by my side, and the best cocktails I’ve tasted in years. And if you’re looking for romantic scenery, well, Tropea has that in abundance.
As for today, it’s all sunshine and beaches once more, however, my usual intake of daily beer is off the menu due to last night consumption 😵💫
This morning I took the opportunity to take the drone out for a quick flight around the bay and actually got a little too cocky flying around the rocks. For a moment I completely lost the signal and the drone disconnected from my controller 😬 Fortunately this was just a momentary hiccup and my Mavic made it back home safely. I got some great footage and managed to capture some nice pics of the bay which I’m looking forward to editing into a video once I’m back home.
I’m off to swim in the sea now, so I’ll leave you with a little bit of romantic Tropea until I return tomorrow. Ciao!

Thanks! There was a flight of steps leading up to the town which puts you in the perfect position for the sunset. Interestingly, on the 31st of august the sun sets right into the top of Stromboli volcano. My girlfriends aunty sent me this picture of it from last year…
