Anyway, I had to take my daughter to an orthopedic specialist early this morning.

I got out of bed early in the morning and had breakfast then My son Bilal Khan also awoke and I went for a walk for a while as the chiropractor had not come yet.After walking for a while I took my daughter to the chiropractor, with my son Bilal Khan,he checked with comfort and told me that her shoulder joint was dislocated.Which he skillfully put in place and gave me a bottle of oil to massage with for three days and I returned home.

After that I went to my office and did my office affairs.Meanwhile I also drank a cup of tea in the but I was a little worried because of my daughter.So I came back from the office early.When I returned home I saw that my daughter was better than before and she could move her arm.I was happy to see that. After that I took my daughter for a walk on the roof and kept thinking that I will never pick up small children by arms in the future because small children of their age are less than six months old, their bones are very delicate, if they are picked up by their arms even a little carelessly, their joints may dislocate.By that time, the sun had set and I returned home.Today I walked five thousand steps.Thanks
