Lunch Date with Girl Friends and Looking for the Lost Car

Hello, Hello! Actifitters!

I failed to share my Tueday's report, wherein we went to a (not-so-new) park for the first time, but that's fine. I will just share it in another post.

Today, I am sharing about an afternoon well spent with my girl-friends. We saw each other last in December, so this is 4 months' worth of chit-chat that we fit together in one afternoon.

I fetched Friend 1 from her house, but before that , I fetched my car first from the parking area a bit far from my home. Well, that's the price I pay for wanting to park for free! Walk more.

We met at the World Trade Center Mall and had lunch after Friend 2's visa appointment at VFS Global, in which she booked the wrong appointment, so she has to come back again.

After lunch, of course, we went for coffee. We did not go to other coffee shops outside of the mall, but instead, we just went to Costa. It was great since they had outdoor seating, and we were able to enjoy the still cool afternoon breeze (though I felt dusty afterwards. Lol)

Finally, when it was time to go, Friend 2's problem was how to find her car. 😆 She forgot which section she left it, but at least she remembered it was in B1. We went with her as she "traced back" her steps and found her car before we went to get ours.

I reached home at about half past four after depositing my car at the free parking space again. I told the kids I'd be gone for only 2 hours, but it took me 4.5, and of course, that added to their "trust issues" on me every time I go out with my friends. Lol. Which, by the way, could happen again very soon since Friend 2 needs to come back for another visa appointment (that I hope she gets, since her travel date is May 25th).
