My Actifit Report Card: 2024/06/08 Leg Day & Time With Friends

Yesterday my day started very very early. Well actually, the other day I met with friends after work and arrived home past midnight. So when I got back home I decided to go to the gym instead since it’s easier to sleep than wake up early. There were only 3 other people and at about halfway my workout I was the only one left. I had an impromptu concert as no one was watching. Although I know the staff might see my shinanegans if they check the cctv 😆

Anywaaaaay, since we ate a lot for dinner I had lots of energy to waste. I mixed my updated workout together with what I did before.

RDL:
8x2 20kgx2
6 20kgx2 (pause)

Hip Thrust (smith machine):
8 40kgx2
8x2 45kgx2
7 45kgx2

Hip Abduction:
8x2 82kg
6 82kg

Bulgarian Split Squats:
8x3 8kgx2

I was able to take pictures freely as no one was around lol.

I finished around 3am and when I got home, I changed clothes, went to bed and then immediately passed out until around 2pm. I had some light lunch and then went back to the bed to kill time. Later in the afternoon met with friends for some Burmese food.It was really good 🤌.

After having our fill, we went to find some place to play darts (again). Everyone has become more competitive and I lost all my luck 😆 We played and chatted until the wee hours of the morning the next day, which is today lol. I was starting to get sleepy just a few hrs after midnight but I was able to endure it and went home feeling high 😆
