Just my regular leg day routine today. My back is still sore from yesterday’s workout but salonpas is my savior 😆 Was able to push through today.

Squats:

Deadlift:
8 20kgx2 RDL warmup
8x2 31.25kgx2
6 32.5kgx2

Hip Abduction:
8 77.5kg
8 80kg
7 80kg

Leg Press:
8 55kgx2
8 56.25kgx2
7 57.5kgx2
