My Actifit Report Card: August 18 2024 I Just Want To Grill 🥩

Today I picked up a backup fridge and did some grilling. Don't mind the trailer hitch and brick I am using as a counter weight. In addition to the described, I also went to pick up a refrigerator. 💪

Today, we have pork spareribs marinated in a mustard sauce and a chuck roast marinated in mustard and with steakhouse seasoning.

I turned on my smoker to 240F°. Flipped the items at about an hour in. Wrapped ribs in damp Butcher's paper at 180-190°F and roast at about 160°F. Removed ribs just after 200°F and chuck roast around 170°F.

The chuck roast was tender like a steak and full of flavor. The ribs were juicy with some crispy parts. It was a hit with the family.
