My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2025

I went out for a walk early this morning as usual. Today, as a companion, I brought the dog that was born at home. The dog came with me as a companion, but I had to fight with all the dogs I saw on the road, so I had to be very busy. On the main road, many people are already busy. For me, walking exercise is good for my health, so I walk daily during the winter. When it comes to hot summer, there will be no going out for a walk.
