My Actifit Report Card: May 17 2022
I was unproductive for the past two days and I skipped two consecutive days without having a work out even simple jogging. It was April 30 when I started this routine and so far, I am having a good time and seeing progress every day.
I woke up at 4:35 am when I checked some notifications, I know it is not the best thing to do in the morning but whenever I am not doing it, I end up being productive. I make my bed at 4:50 am and start some stretching the preparation for my morning routine: jogging.
I started at 5:15 am when I wear my earphone, listen to an audiobook of Rich dad poor dad, and started my jogging routine.
I think this is the start of a rainy day. It's good to see the blue sky together with the moon. Yet, I don't like rainy days. Good thing is, the rain didn't start to pour while I am jogging.
