Open Mic & Jobs: October 29 2023
Open Mic at the Coopers Arms yesterday afternoon; it was nice to be back but I wasn't really in it and Jolene didn't go according to plan; I had a bit of a black-out on some of the lyrics.. 🙄
My mind has been side-tracked since Thursday.. Our company is restructuring as the business isn't doing too well it appears and I suppose you can guess what happened.. Where is that duck face when you need it?
So, I'm back job hunting after many, many years, but I'm glad to say that things are a lot easier than back in day when you had to put stamps on envelopes. Fingers crossed that things get sorted out without too much hassle.
Plan is to go back into admin/sales; if anybody of my UK friends knows anything, I'm all 👂..
Funny that I sorted the auto-voting just before this life-changing event..
It'll be good not to have to worry about spreading my love too much for now!
