Fun at the Fair: October 14 2023

Yesterday was a sunny day although on the nippy side. In the morning we came across this in the Riverside Park.

Usually I'm not interested when I see these fun fairs as they often are a little tame and more geared at younger kids...

... but this one seemed a little more exciting for a mature kid. I used to LOVE all the fast rides when I was younger but hadn't been on anything for a long time.
The one on the right caught my attention and I went back in the afternoon, it had to be done..

OMG! I'm still not quite sure if I'm regretting it.. maybe I just have to train my brain up again but that was more than I'd bargained for and I sure held tight to the bracket (??) that holds you.. 😱

Hope this gif works to get a glimpse of the action.. and, yes, I'm in there somewhere... I did need that drink afterwards.
