Horrible: May 12 2023
It was absolutlely horrible today with rain and really cold wind, almost wintery. I am calling it an early night to catch up with some sleep, and I am trying hard to remember where we went this morning, because I just didn't care.
The walk after work was a swift one round a very short block.. well, you can tell by my step count.
I was going to make up the amount on the treadmill while watching some tele, but I dozed off..
Ah well, tomorrow is another day..

It has turned nasty. I actually got in a few steps today when I walked to the barber and later to get a take-away. It's parkrun tomorrow and it may be muddy again after all that rain.
Really wasn't a day to be out.. grr..

That’s not good on the weather front. I feel bad! The weather here is good but it did turn a bit cooler today, here in Funchal which was good for walking. We’re planning to bring the sun home with us by the way. We’re going to attach a tow rope to the Airbus and tug the sun along!

Yes we’re there now. It’s off the coast of North West Africa. If I draw a line from here, I would end up in the Western Sahara. We aren’t far from Canary Islands, hmm maybe a 500 miles away??
It did feel surprisingly cold today! I thought the better weather would come by now.
Tomorrow is meant to be nicer!
