Litter brightening the day
Well, it was a miserable and grey start to the day. I started feeling it yesterday with the pressure dropping and today I finally gave in to taking a pill.
We did fair bit of walking in the morning and to my horror did I realise only after half an hour or so that I forgot to start the app.. I still got enough steps in and I don't understand anyhow how to get on the leaderboard in the app, haven't figured out the critera yet.
In fact sometimes I see people appear twice..? Any ideas what that means?
Anyway, back to our walk, which was a very grey affair as mentioned, until a very kind person put this in our path to brighten up the day! Thank you unknown person! Your generosity knows no bounds!
Sky Dogs and Horses
In the evening we walked around the church area with a sky that was increasingly turning VERY dark indeed and sure enough thunder started with a little bit of a drizzle. My bones were really aching by then; my migraines effect my whole upper body as well as my head..
I'm back to normal now, by the way..
On our way back to the house we noticed these funny fellas in the sky!
The one on the right is a jumping poodle trying to reach a treat, I'm sure, while the one in the middle could be Goofy. The one the left I'm unsure of, maybe a seahorse? What do you think?

Is it the top 500 leaderboard in Actifit you are referring to? I think it is regenerated automatically once you reached 10k and above movement steps. I thought I see you in there @anna-newkey, No? Maybe @pjansen can help us understand more as he does the report awesomely each time.

Not sure if it works very well, there are entries in the list well below even 5k and as I say, some names duplicated, strangely with different step counts. I'm not really bothered, just surprised that it hadn't been looked at when it appears that the app has been running for so long, but maybe it's correct like that.. 😃
I need to look into that poshtoken thing; do I need to register somewhere? I thought you need to comment a poshtoken on other people's posts these days? I read that somewhere; they're trying to make you look around more rather than supporting your own, but I might be wrong.
Anyway: if I do need to register, where do I do that, or what's the first step?

It's been some crazy weather today. I went to feed the chickens and ended up sheltering in their house when the hail came down. It didn't last long.
Looks like more rain tomorrow, so a load of people in London could get soaked.
I just don't get how people can scatter all this litter. It's just thoughtless and selfish.

The Nanny state causes that.. people don't have to do anything anymore.
It's dangerous for wildlife, not just an eyesore.. It blows everywhere.
Have you ever heard the German term "Kavaliersdelikt"? That it is NOT, a trivial offence.
I don't think litter is anything to do with 'nanny state'. People just don't care enough and know they will get away with it.
I'd not heard that German term before.
Is it not to do with things being cleaned up after you? Maybe I don't understand the term then.. most likely..
